We never knew if the condo had been cleaned except or the overwhelming smell of cleaner. Things were ALWAYS missed. There was no consistency or professionalism whatsoever. Things that we had specifically asked for would be clearly not done. The last time they came they did almost nothing at all and still took our money. What a rip off. Save your money and look elsewhere. EDIT: The last time the cleaners were here they did NOT leave a comment card or envelope. I contacted my area representative immediately and wrote in via the website and called the 1800 number. To this day I still have not received any response. I had to tell my concierge not to admit anyone from Adele since I have heard nothing back about cancelling my service or any of my concerns.
