I went into Hausenbarn with my grandchild and no one even said "hello" as we walked in, they were too busy laughing amongst themselves. My grandchild starting giggling and laughing and that finally got the attention of the sales people as they rudely looked over at him. I am sure they wanted to say something but I gave them dagger eyes and just left. I have never felt so unwelcomed in an establishment before. Ms. Johnson
I would like to say that I am not very happy with Canadian Tire. I drove all the way out to Brampton to pickup these spotlights because they didn't have them at my location. I was surprised when the cashier told me they don't accept $100 bills!? I told her the other Canadian Tires did (all they do is scan them), Rona and Home Depot does as well!? She said the owner of this CT doesn't and thats that!!! Very rude and unprofessional. So I left the items and left empty handed. Never will I go back there again.
I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing furniture. So, I am very surprised by the negative feedback that I see here. The salesman was the sweetest young man I have dealt with. Went above and beyond what I would expect from a salesperson. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He explained everything there was about wood,finish,quality and the benefits of buying Canadian. I received my BG bedroom set recently and I am over the moon. Very beautiful furniture and worth every penny!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend Sterling House to my friends and neighbours. And I will make sure they ask for Peter. Ms.Johnson
