We contacted MCBM as we noticed some shingles had flow off from our roof last weekend. Marcelo from MCBM arrived timely, inspected our roof, and took pictures of the sections that were missing shingles. He sat with us to review the pictures and provided us with an honest assessment of the current state of our roof, then replaced the missing shingles. Solid service and very pleasant to deal with...our roof will need a full replacement in a couple year and soon and we'll be sure to contact MCBM again.

It’s very rare to receive the level of customer service Water Works provides from a plumbing company. From the moment we first contacted Water Works for service their CSR Natasha kept in contact with us before, during, and the service. Michael arrived to check our home for a water leak. He was very courteous and polite throughout the whole visit. Our leak ended being a false alarm, just water from an overflowed toilet. However Michael spent time providing us with tips to seal our baseboards to avoid future leaks and other misc. tips. Truly exceptional service. Their contact information will be a permanent magnet on our fridge!
