It has been 3 yrs since I had I all my windows and French front doors replaced. Clera runs a very tight ship from beginning to end. The job was promised to to be completed in 5 days and miraculously they accomplished it without cutting corners !! My wife and I were truly impressed by the little things they did to ease the process. I did tour the plant n met the owners they graciously showed me their manufacturing process and just confirmed and cemented my initial impressions of the company !! No gimmicks just the latest processing techniques were used to fabricate the parts. Came out feeling more reassured tht they were the one to do the best job w/the best materials on the market. Pay a little more and get a lot more !! They're all about the finest quality & window options. They offered a whole array of choices like slim frames, tints, privacy windows, paint colors, etc. All of this include a comprehensive 10 yrs warranty even for color fade. The workmanship by Raj their master carpenter was something to behold. He created all the wooden frames from scratch, totally rebuilt my 5 panes of bow window, and perfectly shaped the 5 half moon windows on the towering front windows. I pat Dennis and Raj & his team on the back for all their dedicated work. It was a well orchestrated symphony of sorts !! I keep in constant contact w/CLERA and their post service was just as good as the the pre service I received. Kudos !!

When we decided to replace all our windows 3 years ago we had to a comprehensive search so we decided to do a preliminary search of 5 different companies that we thought were worthy of the job of this size. All 5 were invited to present their offerings of their window technology along with its associated costs and whether they had a showroom where we can touch & feel the final product. Without a doubt Dennis was a true professional in presenting all the possible permutations of window options & it came down to the showroom which as it turns out was a tour of their manufacturing facilities in Concord... they were extremely gracious to let me observe first hand the magnificence of their facilities, how everything was put together stage by stage and to meet the founding owner of the business. Was truly overwhelmed & impressed .... got all my questioned answered satisfactorily !! Took 5 days to put together the brick to brick job and got the exact color for the windows .... Ranjin was a magician at building the massive new frames job together piece by piece. .. something to marvel at ... had only one followup to replace a window but that was done pronto .... these would be the experts you require if you want it done right !! It's a big investment but well worth it when it's done properly and according to ur specs !! Highly recommend them to anyone for a first class work from beginning to end !!!!

Our project involved replacing all our windows brick to brick as well as our front door on our 2 storey detached home. Naturally we did our research and obtained 5 quotes from competitors. While all quotes were similar it came down to quality, warranty, and the install. It was a privilege to have chosen Clera as they came through in every department from their attention to detail in the install right to the immediate replacement a window that had a factory scratch. Dennis, our sales rep, followed up throughout the 4 day project and was a true professional from the initial meeting to the final inspection.
