Fantastic Service! Our whole experience from the beginning to end was exceptional. Our floors look amazing and you would never think that they were laminate. The flooring was delivered on time for a reasonable price. The design complemented the older features of our traditional 1930's home. David, the Aspen's Sale Representative worked with us and suggested the best product for our heated basement floors. He was very knowledgeable of the various products, their quality and their limitations. Thank you for making this process fairly seamless and exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic Service! Our whole experience from the beginning to end was exceptional. The windows for our 1930's brick home were delivered on time for a reasonable price. The style of the windows complement the older features of our traditional home. Wanchen, the Pella Sales Consultant worked with our ideas, concerns and budget and suggested windows that look exceptionally elegant. They seem like the homes original windows. The installers were also fantastic! They kept the premises clean and did a wonderful job. One of the screens was difficult to remove and it was replaced within a week at no extra cost. The product and installation is next to none and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making this process fairly seamless.

Shockingly Disappointing Despite a beautiful showroom, beautiful product and knowledgeable staff, the customer service was deplorable. The saga never seemed to end! After providing exact measurements of the space and asking for 10% extra tile, the amount was miscalculated. Staff told us that our contractor was responsible for providing the quantity required. We reluctantly accepted the responsibility. A second order was placed and subsequently lost somewhere in their warehouse. Later to be found! One bundle of tile was a different colour. Grout was ordered and paid for but that too got lost. We were accused of picking it up. We then received an e-mail putting the blame on the head office and a willingness to provide a refund. After close scrutiny of our bills, we realized that our order had been placed under 3 different company names. No wonder they lost our orders! After numerous attempts, our concerns were addressed when we escalated our situation to upper management. At this point, Anne graciously listened, investigated and resolved our grievance. It’s unfortunate but their image does not match their service. Pathetic is all we can say!
