I have delt with Robinson's for number of projects in the past however this time very disappointed. 3 weeks ago I ordered a paid for a new shower head. The sales lady said to me to keep calling to check on the order which I thought was odd. I then 2 weeks into the order went to the store and the sales rep was busy I left a message no one called back to me. I then called again and left a message still no call back and it has been since the 18th of April that I ordered. Today I will be calling the Manager as very poor customer care for orders and not to call back is even worse...

What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

All I can say is that was very very good... On time neat and tidy cleaned our furnace provided advice and came to our home to work and not sell. I believe that the truck mount options should take note as many do not get everything clean... I highly recommend this company..
