Last November I bought a Toshiba 3D TV from the Brick in Kitchener, which gave up this July. TransGlobal is thier service provider which provide just horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am waiting for more than two weeks for the repair of my TV and still don't know when will be repaired. Their system doesn't have any record/history of customer's previous call or problem status and every time I have to explain from the beginning. This is the WORST services I've ever had by a company !!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN BRICK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! rather go to a reputable company.
