Had a wallbed installed by the owner, which worked well, however the installation took several weeks (they did not finish the first time they came over, and then proceeded to delay for several weeks), and the cabinetry that the wall bed folded into was not level (one corner stuck up about 2" above the other side). Owner told me he was very satisfied with this and did not consider it a defect. Had to take the dispute to BBB and after a long drawn out was given a partial refund that I ended up taking to avoid doing the arbitration and taking a day off work. If you don't mind sloping cabinetry, give him a try. Other than that the product was good, the mechanism is strong and has withstood many years of use.

Justin and Brent came out and they installed a new AC unit for my house that we purchased through costco. Everything was great they worked fast, the install looks good and professional and they were very polite and helpful. They care about the job they do.
