Don't believe any negative reviews you come across on Yelp - Yelp is a flawed review platform which doesn't accurately represent the reputation of a company. My experience with Soma was amazing. We purchased a King size all natural latex bed (after weeks of intense research - I am very pleased we did not end up purchasing an Essentia or Tempurpedic mattress) as well as an all natural Sleeptek mattress for our baby's crib. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answering a ton of questions patiently and without any pressure to purchase, first on the phone and then during our in store visit. She helped us to determine the correct firmness of our mattress and threw in a whole bunch of extras including two King pillows, a mattress protector for our bed as well as our baby's bed. We are so pleased with the service and the delivery was on time and extremely well done. I couldn't have asked for more. Yes, these mattresses are on the expensive end, but it is the most comfortable mattress my husband and I have ever slept on and considering that we spend a third of our lives in bed, it's one of the best investments we have ever made for ourselves and our little one. If you're looking for the best of the best, consider Soma - all the other natural mattress places turned out to be not so 'natural' after some intense research.
