I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered the bay window directly through one of their reps in May 2012, they delivered it in July but it was the wrong window and wrong size. They redelivered a new one in September - again wrong size. Redelivered in November and installed it. After a rainstorm this July, water came in and damaged the frame. Evaluator came quickly but I'm still waiting for them to contact me so they can repair the problem. (Apparently a faulty finishing) After all this and many days off work, they never even offered to compensate, i.e. rebate on a future window??? Mistakes happen, but really?? ... this many??? Very sad.
