We had major renovations done outside the house, and realized our screens needed replacing (13 in total). Since I've tried to do myself in the past, realized I needed to do some research, to see if there was anyone who actually came to your home. Found Doctor Screen via the internet, checked the feedback and reviews, and called. Greg answered on Sunday, and Tuesday, as promised, John Archer was here to quote and do the job, if we wanted. The quote was reasonable, and he actually found screen frames in need of replacement (which we weren't surprised about as a cat got into our house and climbed into one window), fixed a broken mechanism on our front screen door. Great job, clean, no issues, would highly recommend!

Following the July 8 2013 flood in Toronto we are rebuilding our basement. Contacted several companies for quotes for spray foam insulation and David was in touch with us immediately. He provided a competitive quote and we made the decision to have Air Seal do our job. Joe arrived on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction.

Following the flood of July 8th 2013, we had to have a chimney removed, and with the rebuild of the basement, found some surprises when a flagstone wall came down. Contacted several companies for quotes . Bill called us right away asked for some pictures to be sent via email. Understanding the urgency of our ask, he and Andy were able to juggle schedules so that all our other work could commence. Rob and his son arrived Sept 16 morning on time and did an incredible job. Rob even spoke to the contractor we've hired to the install a gas fireplace and ensured the work he was doing would be in line with what they required. They did a great job of clean up, working with other crews that were here today. Truly recommend A&A!

I contacted Maple Overhead Garage Doors, via their website, over the weekend, and Rob was in touch and arranged to come see us on Monday and provide a quote. He arrived on time and quickly provided us with an competitive estimate. Having been impacted by the July 8th flood in Toronto, we were contacted by our contractor (same day Sept 9) that the materials for the rebuild of our basement would be delivered on Sept 10. Rob juggled his crew's schedules, and they arrived on Sept 10, on time and did a wonderful job. The new garage door was reasonably priced and I do believe will help prevent flooding in my garage should we have another storm! The crew worked in over 34 degrees and kept everything neat and tidy. Following the July 8, 2013 Toronto flooding, we lost everything in our basement. Having bought a sauna heater from Sampo a few years back, I contacted them for replacement pricing. During our conversation, Kalevi indicated that they could help us rebuild and provide a quote. Peter came over to take measurements and gave us a very competitive estimate. Peter and his team arrived as scheduled and quickly tore down the old sauna and in less than 1 week we had a fully functioning sauna! They were professional and know their business. Having been impacted by the July 8, 2013 flooding in Toronto, nearly 5' water, we needed to have our furnace and hot water tank tested. Having dealt with Convertible Air to install the existing furnace and a/c unit in 2006, we did not hesitate to call them again. Grant and the crews that came out were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. Showed up on time and were extremely helpful. Price was great and we quickly had hot water and following a clean up of the a/c unit had cool air inside to enable us to complete the tear down of the basement.
