Ricardo at the furniture store made a custom order for me and told me it would take 3 days to fulfill. I paid up-front. After 1 month, I got worried and began pestering them every day on the phone. After 2 months, still nothing delivered... and no answers on when it would ever arrive. They also refuse to issue a refund. I hate this place with all of my being.
