Contratced them to renovate the ensuite shower from a stall into a nice two person shower and complete the build out of a roughed in basement bathroom. We were told at the outset 3 weeks start to finish but this turned into 7 weeks. We found out at the drywall stage that waterproofing the shower with a membrane wasn't in the budget (true...shower wasn't going to be waterproofed) They were putting the finishing touches on the ensuite reno and turned the water on in the shower and found it's draining into our livingroom. They claim they tested it...clearly not. They also installed a pot light in the shower. They installed it and left without even checking to see if it was working....it wasn't. The problem was minor (a tripped GFI) but you'd think they'd at least turn the light on before they left to make sure it was working. At the framing stage I (the homeowner) had to remind them that a 2x4 needed to be in place so that they'd have something to attached the large glass shower door to. Had I not caught it they would have been tearing it all out to install a single 2x4. Incorrect tile installed in the basement bath but at this point we wanted them out so just left it. In the need the project was complete and looked good (except for the wrong tile install) but it was constant babysitting and follow up. I would not recommend
