This is my recommendation of Affinity Contracting Inc. that i (Manager) personally have connected them with the project of Renovation of a large Entertainment District(Republik/XS Night Club). The owner have been looking for high quality contractor who is capable of following designers edge and get the job accomplished in time and for reasonable amount of his budget. Affinity Contracting Inc. won the tender, and in matter of hours work was begun. They worked with very tight schedule, plus the project included multiple expertise of work from laying new floors to decorating 10,000 light bits over the ceiling. Some walls required complete restoration, and most washroom needed major flood restoration. The designer was highly demanding to Affinity's execution, and proudly saying Affinity Contracting Inc. was compliant to designers request where other contractors would loose it. Overall, because of Affinity Contracting Inc. high level of expertise in managing projects, they really know what should be done first. Their educated managers and talented workers, they were able to work with blueprints from designer and from architects. On top of that, they had been very reasonable with their price.
