I needed new paint for my renovations so I went to Canadian Tire. It wasn't anything exceptional, I went in, asked for a colour, got it and walked out, customer service was ok.

I wanted to outfit my newly renovatred bathroom and thought that I would try my local zellers. The prices were insane for the quality of product that you received. The customer service reps seemed to act like I inconvienanced them anytime I had a question to ask. I was not impressed and won't return.

I had tried a previous company for materials for my bathroom and found the folks at Ronas to not only be extremely knowledgable about the products that they were selling, but also extremely helpful in assisting me with what I needed and even helping me try to save money!

i was looking to do a bathroom remodel and tried my local home depot as they are one of the largest distruibutors in my area and have a great international reputation. what i found was unfortunately alot of people that didn't know that much about what they were selling. it was frustrating and so i decided to go with another company for my materials.
