I brought in a brand new silk sweater and I got it back damaged. There were holes on it and the owner refused to give me my money back and/or pay for my sweater. They denied damaging my sweater and put the blame on me. They did not want to take any responsibility and very rude about the whole thing. Please check your garments thoroughly before and after dropping it off at this place and if you can find another dry cleaner in the area, I would stay away from this one.
