I've used Welda before to replace a door at my old residence and was incredibly impressed with the result. The installer was meticulous and cleaned up after himself. We were so pleased that when we purchased our next home, we invited the same salesman back (Robert) to help us find solutions for some of the old windows we had. Being west-facing means we had very cold winds during the "arctic vortex" this winter and we expected to have very hot summer afternoon sun (based on what we had last summer) so he helped us with getting windows that will keep our home cooler in summer/warmer in the winter (that part wouldn't have taken much!). The installers were fantastic - they replaced 4 windows and a door in all and couldn't be happier with the result. We will use them again when we get to replacing our patio door. Highly recommend these folks - it's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Sergey and Russell replaced our eavestrough with covered ones and did all of the soffit work around our two-story home. Once they removed all of the existing material, we found there was no wood behind the eaves so this added extra time/work and cost to the original job but once completed it looks fantastic. They are professional and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. My house looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work they produced.

This is a top-notch organization. They are maintaining a treatment warranty that was transferred when we recently purchased this home. It had been treated with a repellent last year that deters but didn't actually kill the termites During inspection they found a little bit of activity and educated us on what to look for and arranged to take care of it right away. Now that they're using Altriset (I think it's called) they will DIE rather move next door. I'm still waiting to see if this stuff actually lives up to its promise, but am confident that they'll help us tackle any other problem areas if they arise down the road. Fingers crossed! If you are looking for termite control - these are the people.

This contractor is incompetent. Although aesthetically it looked like he did a good job (from the ground) we ended up with brand new leak in our roof right only around the chimney. When we had roofers up to take a look at what's going on there, they took pictures and showed us holes where it appeared he'd hacked out pieces of the roof and tried to patch them with mortar!!! Not only that but there was NO flashing replaced around the chimney itself. We, too, got this contractor's information off the Holmes on Homes website and will not make that mistake again. It was MY fault for not going up onto the roof to look at the work he didn't do the first time, but Brian - it's your fault for doing a really crappy job and I sincerely hope that others will not make the mistake I did by hiring you.

We've used DrainWorks for both large and small jobs in our home over the past 5 years. Chris did an amazing job with upgrading our pipes to copper, and most recently Mike came in and saved the day when our sink was clogged and everything we did ourselves couldn't solve the problem. Mike took the time to answer any questions we had and never made things feel rushed (a nice change from other contractors we've had in). Courteous and professional from the time you speak to the dispatcher on the phone to the time he left the job - frankly, these people are tops when it comes to customer service and quality of work done. We used to think that maybe we got lucky with getting great service when we had Chris come in to do the pipes and had requested him by name on subsequent jobs - but when we needed quick help with our sink we learned that the quality of service is certainly not limited there. Mike - thanks so much for taking care of our plumbing woes. We hope we don't need to use DrainWorks again, but of course if the need arises, you'll be getting a call!
