We were referred to Pillar to Post thinking the owner Chad is a reputable source as he done seminars with Real estate brokers about water risk to look for in homes. The home inspection process started out good as he explain what he was looking for in regards to his moisture reader readings behind walls. The overall home inspection was pretty straight forward and Chad answer all our concerns with this older home so I give his professional expertise a 9 star. However his assistance which is his wife is not as helpful as we expected. Whenever we try to get a hold of Chad we had to go through his assistant. We had some concerns about the sewer backup system and needed to clear our mind in hope of Chad return our phone call. We had left multiple messages with her in hope that Chad return our phone call before we sign off on home inspection condition. We understand that home inspectors are busy but it's not difficult to return a phone call at 9pm like his assistant had promised. I wouldn't recommend this company service due to bad customer service.

Ask for referrals, make sure home inspection company takes the time at end of inspection to review the important issues.
