Kebreab was responsive to questions and provided a detailed and honest quote. He also sent pictures outlining the problem and also during the process. The workers came in and did the job in 1 day. Work went smoothly and job looks great!

They were quick to respond and provided a detailed quote that was affordable compared to other bigger companies. Workers were very polite and efficient - work was completed as predicted. Would use again. Only quibble, found out from city afterwards that a permit is needed for drain work; would have liked to be told, assuming they knew (so I could have made the arrangements), as I didn't even think of it at the time. But happy with the work!

Very prompt in answering inquiry. Able to come the next day, & technician (Patel?) was very professional. Eradicated wasps nest very quickly. Has been almost 2 weeks & I haven't seen any wasps come back.

I got a discounted rate because of a group deal and was pleasantly surprise. Nimesh was very prompt in returning my call & setting up an appt. He was very professional throughout & took his time in cleaning the furnace and making sure all issues were dealt with. He had to make a follow-up visit because of a missing part but didn't charge me until the return visit. Had some scheduling & timing problems with the appt which was the only issue, but that have been due to circumstances (also cleaned my parents furnace which went smoothly).
