Fiberama is fast when they want to make the sell. They will yes you to death prior to the installation is completed. If want them to come back to make some minor adjustments or repairs after the installation, don't hold you breath. They will give you an appointment, but they will never show up. I had two different appointments; took two days off from work; NO SHOW on both days. They claim to have this long warranty. That's all it is...a claim. I even filed a claim with the better business bureau. Check there and see how many complaints they have. You'll take them off your list immediately...I'm sure of it.
