I did a partial basement development which included a bedroom & washroom. I chose Visualize by Design purely based on price and only got a hold of one reference on the list that was provided to us. The project took longer than expected to complete and the price sky-rocketed from the the original estimate (I did make deviations from the original plan in some materials selection though my finishing price was more than double the estimate). Some of the fees charged were ridiculous and the pricing for labor was much higher than I could procure myself. I don't think Jackie has the design sense and qualifications to operate a business like this. The quality of work appears to be decent however the bottom line... I would not use this contractor for any further home renovation services.

In-home consultation, courteous and polite. Service tech's were very good, efficient and offered to help another contractor who was in my home working on another job. They also installed the new thermostats we purchased separately from a store. Overall, they did a good job.
