I called Jarred for laundry machine repair as the machine was leaking. He was able to fix it (no spare parts were needed). Honest good work. I even got him to install a dishwasher (and remove the old DW). In general the guy is honest and does good work. I would definitely use him again in KW and Cambridge area. My repair was in Cambridge.
Great builder with good quality. I regret selling the house. Good Build quality and components including materials they use. Good upgrades that are standard (most builders would charge you a ton for the standard the SVH has as standard) but additional upgrades are very expensive. I would buy their house again. Good price builder.
Terrible Builder with substandard parts. Just ask any of the previous purchasers. Many of the walls are warped, put new baseboard on the floor and the wall will show cracks, very poor after service (service people dont show up), cheap brass hardware that is rusting after just 2 months. Very poor build quality. Avoid at all cost. Other owners please add feedback.
