It's a long story to tell, but the bottom line is the manager SHOULD NOT tell the customer when there' s a dispute:" we have a lot of businesses to work on, and we have a lot of GOOD customer". In another word, you are not a good customer, JMJ doesn't care. All they want is your money. Once you paid the deposit, you will be treated and talked differently.
