We hired Stan and his team to complete our basement renovation of two studio units in downtown Toronto. It was a very complex project which involved overseeing hvac, electrical and plumbing. The S Lab team treats the project as their own. They brought great ideas. We finished on time and within budget.

JSPEC was referred to me by Velux as a flat roof contractor and a certified installer of their skylights which | had already purchased before the roof was framed. Justin's team did an excellent job with the 2 ply flat roof and skylight installation. I've already had other trades compliment the workmanship. There was no stress, no games, and no shortcuts. His crew was very professional. Justin is also very knowledgeable with the entire end to end construction process and was happy to give advice in a few areas. | would highly recommend JSPEC.

We’ve had trouble finding good cleaners. We do a lot of renovation projects and Ron’s team is awesome. They come prepared, they get right to work, and there’s no excuses. They even go the extra mile. very detail oriented.

We wanted to write this note to thank Mike and his team. We just used Mueller Electric to remove remaining knob & tube in an older Toronto home we recently purchased in Moore Park, and also install basement pot lights, exterior lighting, and several other items to update the electrical work in the home. His team was professional, worked hard, and got the job done on time. This is our second time using Mueller in the last month, the first time being their help with adding a wall receptacle for a wall mounted LED tv.
