With only 4 weeks till our kitchen is being installed we knew we had waited a little long to get a contractor in to do a pass through from the kitchen to living room and open up the front hallway! Might add that no contractors were available till end of August-September. With short notice we are proud to say that we found a contractor through Above Renovations & General Contracting! Owner, John came right out to our place, was knowledgeable and took the time to help us understand how the job would be done. John was on time every morning, he worked clean and was a pleasure to have in our home. John is trustworthy and an honest guy, I was able to go about my day and care for my family while John worked away. When we ran into electrical wiring that was in our way - John called a guy he knew and within the hour the Master Electrician was here and re-routed the wiring right away! $60 to solve that problem and a few more holes in the walls. John took care of fixing the new holes we had to put in the wall. John will be coming back to do touch ups from our kitchen demo rip out just before the install of cabinets next week.
