I have had to pull the review on RMR due to issues faced with the owner. Unfortunately he did not follow through his promise and instead of trying to resolve the issue, he blocked my number and walked away with my money. It should be noted this company does not own any assets or equipment and they rent for each job. You cannot claim against the company as they do not own any assets. I would not recommend dealing this company or individual.

I requested a quote for my sod and sprinkler system. They were very responsive and came on time to provide a quote and explained everything in detail. I reached out to 4 different companies and will be going with this company.

These guys are really responsive and great to deal with. My fence is being installed today and looking forward to seeing it done. I will provide an update after the install.

I contacted many companies to get a reasonable quote for wiring our basement. Not only did Marc have one of the best pricing but when I read the reviews on his services on Homestars, it seemed like an easy decision. After seeing the work he did, I was right on my decision. Marc is honest, polite, punctual and went above and beyond on several things that came up and couple of last minute changes. He was very flexible and did all of these things without adding extra cost. I was amazed how fast Marc works and he makes everything look so effortless. This talks to his talent and expertise. Joe is a master at framing. When other contractors came in for other work, they all complimented on the quality of his work. He works fast and always on time. I was going to go with someone else for the drywall but was so impressed by his work on the framing, i hired him for the drywall. He also did other jobs like putting in the doors for a reasonable price. He always provided sound advice. Joe is honest and reliable and highly recommend this company.

In short, great service, honest, great quality and very competitive price. Robbie was excellent to work with and he was very flexible to ensure i hit my budget.. The quality of the tiling was great. We got an excellent quality tile at a great price at the tile company he recommended. He even picked up the tiles for us. Robbie noticed my front door was not latching properly and when i got home from work, my wife said he had fixed the front door. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for quality workmanship at a great price. i will see if i can post some pictures.

I ordered my steel frames and insulation from 1800 Drywall. Great customer service and support. Gigi was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating to breakup my order as i needed the material. They had great prices. They even took the material down to the basement. The only negative was the boys scratched couple of the walls as my stairs turn 180 degrees. They could have easily passed the larger pieces through a window. Not a big deal as i will touch it up when i do the basement drywall. I would recommend 1800 drywall and would order from them again.

Fast, fair price and honest. My favourite things in a contractor. Wayne is friendly and he included his own bracket in the install price. He advised me to return the brackets I purchased which saved me $30. Installation was clean and neat.

Arby Cartage guys work hard and excellent to work with. I had obtained 3 quotes and Arby was very competitive but their service is excellent. I had read reviews for all the companies who quoted but Arby had the highest rating. After the move, I know why they have a perfect score. They even helped me set up my front loader washer and dryer which I had purchased just before moving into my new home. These guys are professionals and very good at what they do - very customer focused and honest. Two things difficult to find these days.
