We have learned our lesson and now know to just call Unionville Appliance for any appliance repairs. In the past we have called around for faster service depending on the "emergency" and end up going back to Unionville Appliance to fix someone's fix. Sooooo....this time we started with Unionville Appliance, someone came the next morning. It took a couple of days for the water valve to arrive. Not only was our dishwasher fixed, but Tai also releveled our dishwasher that wasn't installed correctly by our renovator. We really do recommend them for any of your appliance repairs.

Old school service - their "word was their word" - no extra scope creep pushes or surprise costs. White glove service - clean up was amazing and the best we have ever had. We just trusted them to do what they do and the whole team and their system worked so well. Great work, great suggestions, great communication - just GREAT! They can be proud of their courtesy and the results of their work. Highly recommended.

We had a problem with our toilet and Mike came to assess the problem and we got our part no problem! Very professional service & Mike answered all my questions. Boot covers were worn which was an added bonus! Toilet is fixed. Highly recommend this company. In fact, did recommend to my neighbor who was also pleased with their bathroom fix. We both had small jobs but were treated respectfully and well.

Oddly, after contacting five companies at different times and waiting on each, one specializing in basement cracks and another submitting an invoice, nothing happened. Then I contacted Clarkes and was treated respectfully, professionaly and in a timely manner right from Karen at reception to Ben's consultation and proposal. No job is too small for them and we will be contacting them first if anything of a similar nature comes up and we recommend them 100%.

We had a cherry tree that needed to be removed. From the time of call to service was about a week. It was a snowy spring day so they were unable to do a great clean-up and left boards strewn in yard that were around tree. Took a small piece out of our side fence w/o apology. The job was done, nothing more. Satisfied. Edited July 21: Derek, thank you for your response and your offer to help in any way.
