2/10

Needed my pool heater repaired so I called Blue Line. I mentioned the problem was the circuit board behind the display. The repairman showed up and found exactly what I suspected. He put in a replacement board but it was no good. I don't know why he would carry faulty circuit boards but he said he had to order a new board. Left after half an hour. Don't know where they ordered the part from, but for some strange reason it took over a week to get it. The company never once called to inform me. I waited patiently and they installed it while I was away that next day. The part was $168 for a Haywood heater which is $18 more then what Haywood told me it would cost. I was not too upset by that. What absolutely shocked me was the Labour. A WHOPPING $178 plus tax! They decided to charge me for 2 visits ($178 + tax) because they messed up on the first one. Word to the wise: if you still decide to call Blue Line, don't let Ed intimidate you. There are many companies that can do the job just as well for a fairer price(and faster). Do your research. I took the first company that could come. Must have been a reason they were so readily available .

Approximate cost of services:
$391.00
