I was a new pet owner & wanted to switch my puppy from puppy food to dog food. It took forever to find someone to assist me, and believe me the store isn't that big. The employee seemed to lack knowledge about the products/couldn't offer me any decent advice about switching my dogs food. I left empty handed and went to Petsmart, who by the way were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The store employees are always very helpful. I especially like their coupons through e-mail & workshops offered. The selection of all supplies are huge & up to date. Also a very clean & organized store!
