Bought the house thinking its only 6 years old how bad could it be. BAD - water leaks in the basement every thunderstorm. There is no insulation or seal around the windows so not only can you hear the noise from outside it is next to impossible to maintain a consistent temperature in the house. The insulation as a general observation is lacking - with the ac cranked we are still sweating upstairs. The backyard is so poorly graded you would think we wanted a hill sloping toward the house. It's no wonder the previous owners were selling. Never again would I purchase nor recommend Sunfield.
