We had three windows replaced in the kitchen, a window in our stairwell and a window in an upstairs bedroom. The crew did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they would and they worked quickly and efficiently for the better part of the day. They also cleaned up very well and hauled all the old windows away. The trim that was installed was perfect. They made sure it fit well, plus it was pre-primed so I only have to give it a coat of trim paint. It looks great! In one of the kitchen windows, the trim was installed slightly over the backsplash. I thought that they would have to cut out the tile in order to get the window in but that wasn't the case at all. Most importantly, the drafts that we could feel from the old windows are gone! I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Stittsville Windows and Doors. We will definitely choose them again when we decide to change out the rest of the windows.

I am so glad these guys are now in Ottawa. Nicolas recently came to clean and regrout the tile in our bathroom upstairs. It was mouldy and dirty and really needed to be done. He cleaned, regrouted and sealed. He also scraped off the old, mouldy caulk around the tub and recaulked everything. It's fresh and clean and properly sealed. I would not hesitate to recommend Grout Restoration Works. I recently recommended them to my plumber who says that he has many customers who ask for recommendations for this type of work and he never knows who to recommend. We will definitely use them again for our bathroom tile floor.

I contacted Jamie after reading all the reviews on Homestars and I am so glad I did. Jamie is very honest, friendly and likable, as are his crew. We had had some recessed lighting installed several months ago and there were quite a few large holes in the ceiling and drywall that needed to be repaired. Jamie and his crew did a fantastic job of retexturing the ceiling and then painting over so that it looked seamless. During that same week, Jamie's painter Tom also painted the stairwell and our master bedroom, two projects we had never been able to get to. Tom was very efficient and very skilled. The paint job is fantastic! He did not tape and yet there was not a speck of paint on the ceiling or baseboards after he finished cutting. I will definitely be calling Jamie for future painting and drywall repair jobs. Thank you so much once again.

Fence All came to replace our sagging wooden garden gate and the small fence that was attached to the house, which the gate was hung on. They replaced the old wood with wrought iron. Excellent product, excellent service. From quote to finished product, they were very quick, kept me updated on the project, answered all my questions promptly and when the installers showed up on the scheduled day, they were on time, very efficient and very courteous. My experience was 100% positive and I would use them again for any fencing or deck project in the future.

We needed a light installed in our dining room nook over the table and wanted 5 other fixtures replaced throughout the main floor and out in the backyard. Bryan’s team did this work in less than one morning and the house looks transformed. I was expecting big holes since they had to cut through the wall and one part of the ceiling to run the wire through for the new fixture over the table but the patching that we have to do is minimal and will be easy. The team was professional, efficient and reassuring, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work. My mother also had a lot of fixtures installed and/or replaced in her new house and is going to hire Ring Electric again for more work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Bill just put up a kitchen backsplash for us and we are so pleased with it. Working with natural stone seems to be a bit more difficult and messy but Bill did the work in one day, efficiently and with minimal mess. His instructions, both about what materials to buy and how to care for it afterwards were very clear. The backsplash is stunning and the kitchen looks like a whole new place. We were considering doing this ourselves with the help of my two brothers-in-law but I am glad we hired Bill. This was certainly money well spent and I will be calling him in future for any other jobs. Thank you once again!
