Concord Paving signed a contract to replace the existing cracked garage floor and replace the old asphalt driveway in May,2007. Within three weeks, cracks started to appear in the garage floor and then in the asphalt of the driveway. This happened to a neighbour also. Unfortunately, I did not consult the Better Business Bureau until after the fact or I would never have taken them for the job. After many phone calls and broken promises, I am suing in Small Claims Court to recover the costs involved so that I can get the work redone by a reputable company. So is my neighbour.
