The owner Bruce and his team are great. He is busy like there is no tomorrow and I can see why. The quality of labour and product is excellent. I had a leak coming underneath a patio door when east wind driven rain would hit that door. It has been an ongoing issue for the past few years however the team figured out the issue and repaired it. We have been very happy with quality - the door installer Ernie is really detail oriented and his work speaks for itself. I will continue to do business with DW Man in the future.

I have used Accustar when a couple of years back and the president himself was handling my water leaking from rain issue. Nev, the president came out this time again when he could have sent his technicians. He is a rare gem, he is honest, reliable and gets the job done. He diagnosed the leak in about two hours which is such a relief as now I can get the issue fixed. In the future, anyone having my problem, I will definitely recommend. This guy is good.

I had some water damage to my family room wood floors due to a masonry project. I needed someone who can get the sanding and refinishing of the wood floors done quickly. I called on the Thursday, Andy from Dr Hardwood came Sat and Sun to complete the job. I will be giving him all my hardwood work in the future.He was prompt, fast and excellent workmanship. You would be a fool not to hire Dr Hardwood.

I have a walkout basement that is also a deck for my main floor. the patio door for this deck was replaced. However, Brent did not wrap the door with a membrane to ensure if the water penetrated underneath the door that it would not flow into my basement. Lack of focus on details has costed me a few thousand( resulting from the fix and the basement work) more whereas if he used $80 in Blueskin and passed that charge onto me, it would have been a complete job.
