Water was leaking all over the floor in my basement. I noticed it dribbling down the side of the fixture overtop of my furnace when the air conditioner was on. Ardent had put in the furnace and so I called them, even though the Air Conditioner came with the house and wasn't their job. Anyway, the man came, and he was the same guy who sold us the furnace. He checked out the issue, answered all my questions, explained how the technology worked so I could identify and fix it myself later, fixed it quickly and charged me nothing. Very positive experience!
