Trevor and his team came out to our house last week to clean the eaves on our garage. For a small downtown property we have a lot of trees, and our garage's eaves had not been cleared in years. Trevor and team had their work cut out for them as some of the eaves on our garage were not easily accessed - but they got the job done, and now water is draining properly for the first time in years. Everything was cleaned and bagged too! Will use Richview Windows & Eaves in the future and would not hesitate to recommend.

We moved into our house just over a year ago and have used Tip Top three times since. The first was to improve the capacity of our eaves troughs on our flat roof. With heavy rain, the troughs would become overloaded and water would gush down the side of the house, and on a couple of occasions, leak into the basement. Tip Top also did our fall 2012 eaves cleaning, and this spring they repaired a large leak on the front downspout. The quality of their work was proven this past week when Toronto had the largest single day rain fall on record. All of the repairs worked as promised. The rear downspout was able to keep up with the 103mm of rain that fell, and the front leak repair held and our basement stayed dry. Pierce and his team have been great to work with. We were provided with a timely written quotes for all of the work, and the work was completed as described and on time. I would recommend Tip Top without hesitation. Guy
