The caulking in our marble and tile shower had gone horribly moldy since we bought our house. We replaced the caulking one ourselves, but the mold quickly returned, and we decided to call in a professional. Kaayla was everything she is advertised to be. She worked from all day doing a deep clean of the shower, window and glass surround from top to bottom, steam cleaning the grout, removing the old caulk, disinfecting and drying the surfaces behind the old caulk, and finally reinstalling the new caulk in neat, straight lines. Aside from some calcification on the marble that would need to be honed out by a marble restoration company, it looks like a new shower. Kaayla also took the time to talk to us about cleaning and maintenance procedures to keep the caulk looking its best for as long as possible. Highly recommended — I think the before and after photos speak for themselves.

From the beginning, JSpec was a pleasure to work with. The quote was fast and reasonable, and Justin explained everything he was planning to do and confirmed every decision that would have an effect on the appearance or quality of the project. Even though we called in the middle of their busiest season, he responded quickly to all our questions and was upfront about his installation schedule (and on time when the installation date rolled around). Highly recommended — I won’t be calling anyone else when I need roofing work done in the future.

We had a problem with ice damming resulting in a leaking window. It wasn't an emergency, but Mr. Roof Repair was on site in 48 hours. Due to some physical obstacles, they weren't able to deal with the ice damming on the first visit, but immediately followed up to schedule a return visit with one of their experts (Pietro). He quickly diagnosed the issue (gaps around the window) and implemented a temporary fix. He then suggested a couple solutions with varying cost/permanence (ie window replacement/capping). We had a quote shortly after that, and half the cost of the diagnosis and temp fix has been credited to the very reasonable quote. Working on scheduling the new work now, but to date they have been responsive, friendly and highly professional.

RSMT did a great job installing our manually-operated skylight shade. The installation was quick, clean and cost-effective, and the shade has operated smoothly since then. Their service is friendly and efficient.
