We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of work and customer service we have now received from Tops Roofing on two separate jobs for our homes. Richard, Brian, Wanda and the team answered all of our questions in an honest and forthright manner, gave us precise start/finish dates, used top grade materials that are recommended by other industry leaders as well as by Tops, delivered the best quality roof in the neighbourhood at a reasonable price, and they back up their work with a guarantee that will outlast us living in our current home. The information packet Richard provided with his bid, which included recommendations from several dozen happy customers, was the best I've ever seen from a trades company. There's no reason to select any roofing company other than Tops Roofing.

Upon the closing of our new home we carefully researched the best provider for glass shower enclosures. Doors and More was consistently named as the best in Ontario by both individuals and by commercial vendors. Our experience with Frank and his team couldn't have gone more smoothly, and the results are fantastic. For us, the glass shower enclosure is of course functional but it's also a key part of the decor in the master bedroom/bathroom. Doors and More offered a suggestion for how we could install our shower door in a certain location that differed from what we had in mind because it would enhance the look of the finished product and room. We were wise enough to listen to their expertise, take the advice, and as a result now have a bathroom that looks like something out of a design magazine. Throughout the entire process we had the feeling that Frank was handling our job as if it was in his own home. The project came in on time, at the price quoted, and the finished product is even better than we expected. There are lots of guys out there who can install a shower, but there's no reason for anyone to go with any other provider than Doors and More. Their reputation, quality, and service cannot be surpassed.

My research told me that Four Season Comfort had a widespread reputation for unsurpassed service through the years. I also knew I wanted an American Standard AC system and a Honeywell humidifier at a great price. One email exchange with Four Season Comfort owner Craig Newhouse determined the right size of system for our new home, an appointment was scheduled, and I was able to install the products I wanted. With less than 24 hour notice, Craig was able to move up our install date by three days, his installers showed up on time, did a terrific job, were highly professional, did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves, and took as much time as needed to walk me through how to use and care for the AC and humidifier systems. It couldn't have been a more positive or enjoyable experience. As a result I have full confidence that future servicing of our systems will be addressed with appropriate speed and expertise.
