Waited for over 6 weeks for very simple season work. They continued to delay and make up excuses. Eventually the work could not be completed the final excuse was, "I should have been given a call". With call display they avoided by phone calls, until I used a friend's phone. Do not use this business.

The issues the Mr. Chu is referring to is a Spring Clean Up. Spring Clean Up’s are only preformed during a certain time period in the spring. This year in 2013, it snowed until late April. Calgary also received heavy rainfalls starting in the first week of June. Leaving a 30 day workable window in which to preform and complete Spring Clean Ups.
It is a normal business practice to attend our regular and year around clients prior to call ins. Our clientele is mostly consists of Veterans and seniors, who would be unable to perform these services on their own.
With the heavy rainfalls this year, the ground become overall saturated with water. At this time, aeration and power raking on a green wet lawn would damage it. Therefor customers were advised that Spring Clean Ups were no longer advised and to book early for Fall Clean Up Service.
