Bought a mid-century home with an ~9 year old furnace. By default, I signed up for monthly Reliance maintenance and protection program. A few months later, the low rattling noise wouldn't go away. Reliance said to replace/rent a new one. Fortuitously, I called Enercare for a quote and discovered that it was under their warranty. They accurately diagnosed a faulty squirrel cage and motor. A couple of days later, they quickly installed the new parts and the noise is history. They also offered a technician's duct cleaning discount (w/ before and after photos). Very disappointed in Reliance's predatory cash grab but thankfully, had the wits to obtain a second quote and I now w new Enercare loyal customer.

I needed a cleaner after drywall work was done to repair water leak damage. I had heard of Kleaner via TorontoLife and the simple and clear pricing matched my no-haggle and transparent approach to business. Although there was a bit of miscommunication with the date and time, the owner (?), Mary, did a fantastic job to immediately rectify the situation. On the morning that Jamie arrived, I gave her some custom instructions to supplement the on-line form and she quietly did a very thorough job. The attention to detail (e.g., cleaning the drywall dust on our clock radio, toileteries, and window ledge) that circulated around our bedroom was exemplary. Great job, Kleaners!
