Rancourt roofing did a great job. Competitive quote right from the start, removed the shingles, re-shingled the roof and cleaned up nicely. Job took two days and they tarped the roof between days.
Estimator was good, began with a very competitive price and was willing to negotiate down even more. Installation crew was quick, in and out in one day. Did notice after that they missed some of ghe caulking around the inside top/bottom of some casing shich does allow exterior air in. So far no problems after 7 months.

Gave us a competitive quote, were very responsive to our comments, preferences. In the end, job ran into a cost overrun due to age/condition of the ceiling. Etienne and his group worked through and provided a solution, however, it did end up costing more than quoted due to unforeseen/unplanned issue.
