Great price and painless process. The installation was quick and the final product looked and worked perfectly.

Two issues: The windows were 5 weeks late with no follow-up call, I had to call. The digital locks were not checked after install and as a result did not properly work. I spent several hours on the phone with the manufacturer and ended up fixing the issue myself, because it was the weekend. Alartco offers no service on the weekend, which turned out to be an issue for me (see above why). They did however follow-up on Monday. I would recommend them and use them again, but the lock issue certainly cause me a headache and a few hours of my own time. The windows and doors themselves were great, so for me it was more an issue with the installer.
