The salesman came to my house and sold me this Air conditioner...all good! Installers came, very professional, nice job, clean work. They are impossible to get your paperwork and winter cover from., waited 4 months for OPA paperwork, they made several typos on it that were crucial. They are not returning my calls, have stopped in twice to the office in Whitby for my cover to no avail. Run away from this company please!

I went in to check it out and his prices can't be beat as well as his selection. He is the most knowledgeable person in the business and very honest. II will be giving him all my business and recommending him to everyone I know. What a GEM in Durham region!!
