My husband and I recently hired Laurwill & Matthews to renovate our condo in North York. Mitch and his crew gutted the entire condo and completely re-built it. The kitchen came out fabulous, the bathrooms are beautiful. They relocated the laundry room and made it highly functional. We have had one or two little issues (a leaky faucet and a broken dimmer switch) and Mitch came over and fixed them both himself under warranty. We have recommended Laurwill & Matthews to all of the people that we know that are considering renovating or building new homes. One of the things that we liked best was their attention to detail. We forgot to chose our baseboard and other trim and when we came back they had installed some beautiful wood trim (not the cheap stuff) and didn't even charge us for it. Laurwill and Matthews provided us with the best experience we have ever had with a renovation project.
