I hired Semywood flooring to do my living room in March of 2008. The Owner came to do the estimate and I liked his attitude and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. Then came the day to start the job. They told me they would be here first thing in the morning. It was in the afternoon when one guy arrived and started to remove the old floor. Then when he started to put the sub floor down, they did not have enough material, and he had to go get more. 2 hours later he returned and finished the sub floor. The next day a different guy came to put the hardwood down. Same thing he ran out of material and they told me that the estimate was wrong and they need more money to finish the job (only $500 more). When that was finished, I noticed that the transition with the hardwood and tile was all coming apart so I made an appointment for a repair. The repair was scheduled for a Friday, no phone call no repair until Saturday when the guy just showed up out of the blue. The repair was a disaster!!!!!! It took another month to get Yuri the owner here for an inspection. He agreed with me and the came to fix the job the next day with some other minor repairs to come in the following weeks. It is now November 2008, no repairs and I have been trying for months to get Yuri on the phone. He was supposed to send someone to fix my floor and i just received a phone call that was very unprofessional. He said maybe today, maybe tomorrow. I told him it was scheduled for today he just hung up the phone. He was very quick to take the money but not quick to finish the job!!!!!!!!!
