We are extremely happy with the work that Mark and his partners did in our backyard. They replaced our deck with patio stones as well as a beautiful half wall accentuated with 2 columns at the far end. They also replaced the front steps and landing area. Mark and his team are professional and experienced. Their work is beautiful and they take care not to damage the "neighbouring" areas after each day of work. We highly recommend their them!!

My wife and I are very thrilled that we chose Kempenfelt. We wanted to use locally made products and installation. Our sales account manager, Mark, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing suggestions. We had a 2 large windows and master ensuite that needed to be replaced and he was able to suggest something more functional for the ensuite, which we never thought about. The install team were all local full time staff (another consideration of ours). They were polite, explained what they needed to do, and placed covers over the carpeted areas where they worked. It was a hot summer day and they did not let them stop them in getting the work done. My shutters were reinstalled exactly they were. Even my neighbours commented how great they looked. We are very pleased that we chose Kempenfelt and thankful for the whole experience.

Andy is old school professional. He is prompt, courteous and very professional. We inherited an old washer when we moved into our home but one day it stopped draining. He immediately knew what was wrong, quoted me the price and had the part. All done in less than 30min. The machine is working perfectly now, and hopefully will last another 5 years before I have to replace it.

I called at least 6 other companies, but thanks to Homestar reviews, I found JiaJia to have the most reliable reputation and reasonable price. They did not disappoint.
