The scope of this project was to finish basement space in a five years old house where my family was about to move in hence on short notice. I called several companies to receive quotes and Peter provided most reasonable estimate and was able to start as soon as we received keys from our new home. We also requested Peter if he could get the project done within 2-3 weeks before we actually move in. Peter and his team worked very hard and focused. Within first several days Peter himself had completed framing and sub-floor. The electrician completed initial wiring for future pot-lights and outlets. Then the dry-wallers came in and installed walls and ceiling. The laundry sink was installed and natural gas pipe was routed to the outside with all connections required for the grill to be used (by plumber and gas contractor accordingly). Laminate, hardwood stairs and paint job were completed by the end of two weeks. Electrician came in to complete his work on pot-lights at two and a half weeks of project time. With any arbitrary requests (to place an extra 2x4 for future shelves, extra cold air return etc) Peter never forgot about these and yet managed his time efficiently. Overall we are extremely happy with the job of Peter and his team and can recommend his business to anyone looking for quality at reasonable price. As company owner Peter knows and runs his business well on time and on budget.
