He came when he said he would. The job took him pretty close to the amount of time he said it would. No surprise fees or additional costs. Very pleasant to deal with. Very honest. I found him through a friend who had him redo his bathroom. He was very satisfied and praised is trustworthiness. I subsequently recommended this guy to my neighbour and he had him do a much bigger job and he was likewise very satisfied.
