Ordered a new front door unit to be made of brushed cedar. We received the door made of rough sawed cedar. After much prodding the owner send a worker to wire brush the door unit allowing for one hour of work. I had to argue with the owner to get the worker back. He completed about 50% of the door. On three differnt occassions, I spoke with the owner and he promised to send the worker. On the forth call, to remind him of his commitment, he changed his mind saying they had done all they would do. He would not honor his three prior commitments and would not fix the door. Aside from the wrong wood finish, the workmanship on the door was so-so. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
