I hired TROC to do a full basement renovation. Tearing down the old walls, built a bathroom & changed the water heater. They were able to get started on the job quickly, they built everything with techniques and materials that resulted in a great quality. What I liked the most about TROC is how they were able to solve any problem and make the most out of the space I had available.

Thank you Steve! It was great working with you and your family. Your basement renovation turn out amazing! It will be nice to have another full washroom in the house plus a new rec room (man cave). The Renovators of Canada Markham.

Looking for a company to rebuild our roof yielded a wide variety of results in terms of price, quality of work and professionalism. What distinguished Mike's offer from 310-Roof was the good compromise all of those factors. Some of the contractors bids were almost twice as expensive at 310-Roof to perform a job of similar quality with equivalent materials and techniques. When the time came to do the job, the shingles we requested were in short supplies, but Mike made the necessary arrangements to get the job done at the required time by getting slightly better shingles without charging us extra. Overall, the new roof looks good and we're satisfied with the result.

Company Response

Thank you for your kind review and high rating. Mike is a new addition to the company and treats all clients with a high level of service. Also he takes alot of time to help you make an informed decision about your project, often times "roofing salesman" will just quote a price and try to "close" the customer, we invest alot in staff training and often what we see are inadequate attic spaces and ventilation. By not providing you with the best solution unless addressed at re roofing time this can have detrimental consquences. We prefer to take the time and inform you about these problems rather than ignore them as they do speak to warranties by the manufacturers in the fine print. After the sale you can rest assured that when we complete a job the manufacturer will not be able to get off the hook due to overlooked conditions that will void your warranty.

Cheers
