Last summer we embarked on a major backyard project which included a 15x 35 ft fiberglass pool , a separate hot tub, and major landscaping upgrades. Our Landscaper recommended Riley. Steve Bowden was the tech who command did a great job. He was knowledgeable and very professional and slick. Glad I have the maintenance plan as the vent motor was faulty and thus was fixed at no cost. The only downside is that I was given a 5 hour window as to when he would arrive, and considering I was driving up from Toronto just for the visit, I would have appreciated a narrower window the night before. I understand that the region that they cover is vast, but surely they must have an idea the night before as to a general itinerary the next day.
